Is my practice already listed?

Quite possibly. We list most practices across the North of England using publicly available information. Search for yours on the Find a dentist page. Being listed and being verified are different: verified means you have confirmed the details yourself.

Does it cost anything?

No. Being listed and getting verified are both free.

Where do your prices come from?

From prices practices publish themselves, mainly on their own websites. We show them as indicative "from" prices and always tell patients to confirm with the practice. If yours are out of date, tell us and we will update them.

Does Verified change where we appear in results?

No. Results are ordered by whatever the patient chooses to sort by, such as price, rating or distance. Verified status never moves a practice up or down.

Is Verified a recommendation or a quality rating?

No. It means the practice has confirmed its listing details with us. It is not an endorsement and says nothing about clinical quality.

Can we update our details later?

Yes. Prices, opening hours, NHS availability and photos change, so get in touch whenever something needs updating.
