Porcelain veneer "from" prices as published by each practice, lowest first. Price details are summarised from each practice's published price list. The price you pay depends on your assessment, so always confirm with the practice.

What affects the price

A porcelain (ceramic) veneer is a thin shell made in a dental laboratory and bonded to the front of a tooth. The tooth usually needs some enamel removed first, which cannot be undone.

  • The number of teeth. Prices are almost always per tooth.
  • Laboratory fees and the type of ceramic used.
  • Planning appointments, mock-ups or a trial smile, which some practices charge for separately.
  • Any treatment needed first, such as fillings or gum treatment.

Questions to ask before you book

  • Is the price per veneer, and does it include the lab fee?
  • How much of my tooth will be removed?
  • Are planning appointments and temporary veneers included?

Whether a treatment is right for you, and what it will cost, can only be decided after a dentist has examined you. These prices are a starting point for comparing practices, not a quote.
